I don't know if this kind of insurance covers injuries. I would imagine it depends on who's at fault. If the other driver was at fault, their insurance should be covering your medical expenses as well as vehicle repairs. If not, I would see about making a court order of the situation.

Does your insurance cover bodily damage and wage losses? If so, you need to get on their back about this. Assuming the accident wasn't your fault, that is.

Insurance companies really can be a pain sometimes. Hope you get this sorted.

A lot of insurance companies will try and talk their way out of paying, especially right now given what is going on and the huge loss in the market because of the virus. Call your company directly and see what you are covered for.

See what you are covered under. If you are covered for damages like this then you make sure they file your claim and you get your money. It isn't right when they try to avoid paying. I know several companies that do that in the US and it isn't right.

Most insurance companies cover a bare minimal expense when it comes to medical costs due to injuries in road accidents. Do you know what you are covered for, like up to what amount?
