Will I still be covered if I switch?

I am going to switch my insurance for the first time and I am not sure if I will remain covered until the new one is active or if I will have time in between where I am not covered.

I have a very good deal that was offered to me where I would be saving $50 a month so I want to switch. Anyone know?

Yes! When you change coverage, you will still be paying another month to your current insurance. So even if you switch and sign on with a new company, the previous one will charge you for one last month depending on your policy. Some will do two months or 60 days.

I don't know if this is the case will all companies but when I switched, the new company was billed my last payment and I paid them instead of my old company.

Yeah you are never not covered unless you opt out of insurance without signing up for someone else. You will go through the process of signing up with another company and they will likely pay your last month or two with them and bill you.

Yes you will remain covered. Like mentioned, switching insurance companies ensures you stay covered. The only time you would not be covered is if you stopped your current insurance yourself and didn't sign up for a new one before it expired.

Yes, your coverage will remain even if you switch insurance providers. As mentioned above, your coverage rolls over and goes right into your new one.
